Arrival to Zagreb Airport. Transfer to hotel and check in. Later in the afternoon sightseeing of the city. Visit the Upper town, one of the best-preserved urban nuclei in Croatia, which will give you a great insight in medieval Zagreb. Dinner and overnight in Zagreb.
Breakfast in the hotel and transfer from Zagreb to Bled in Slovenia. Sightseeing of Bled, which is known for its glacial lake. Visit to the Castle of Bled, located on a hill above the shore of the lake. Afterward, a boat ride to Bled Island. After lunch, coach ride to Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia and its largest city.
